It can be said that cold forming is the major process in wrought iron component production since the term “forming” refers to several different sub-processes like; roll forming of bars, embossing, twisting, bending, scrolling etc.
Iron bars at desired dimension put through a rolling mill at initial stage to emboss design effects on it like; forged on corners, groove, rib, wood pattern, hand forge effect, etc. This also make bars straight and prepares them for further operations. 
Thanks to our wide range of machine inventory, ranging from basic manual ones to several different type of PLC controlled machines; we are easily able to proceed all sub-processes mentioned above.
